*Please always write your name the same way. For example, if I write my name “Abby”, I will not change it to “abby or Abigail”.
* In the “Description” field, when you create your event, record the date you are creating the event. If you are in the Main Space, also record “Group” or “Individual” depending on what you are using the room for.
*When you need to change an event, add the date you are changing your event.
Example: In the “Description” field of January 29th from 1:30 – 7:00 pm, you will see the following if you click on “Edit event”.

Because in the Small room, it is always individual sessions, only the date is needed. The first date is the date of creation, and if any changes are made, they are marked below the original date. Any changes to an event need to be made 48 hours in advance
